Saturday 3:00-6:00 at Vetter vineyard, meet
the winemaster, Mark Lancaster* and tour the wineroom, sampling from barrels, & tasting last year's finished products.
Barbara Lancaster will treat you to
hors d'ourves to accompany the wines.
7:00-9:00 Four Course Dinner at the
Season's Ticket at the St. Elmo with choice of
Potato Crusted Salmon
or Chef Angelo's beef specialty,
with Vetter wine pairing.
Mark will talk about each wine
selection accompanying the meal.

Sunday watch as Antique horse drawn sleighs & cutters tour the
grounds of Chautauqua Institution and compete in various events.
